House Bill 1687 – Nikki Kuhnhausen Act

On February 19, 2020 Lisa Kuhnhausen Woods went before the WA State Senate Committee to share her support for House Bill 1687, also known as the Nikki Kuhnhausen Act. This bill will remove the ability to claim diminished capacity, and use of force based on the discovery of victims gender identity.

The Nikki Kuhnhausen Act Passes Through WA Senate. On to the Governor for Signing in the Coming Weeks.
